4Kids Entertainment's new animated kids series Chaotic has been licensed to a number of leading broadcasters in Europe, Australia and Asia.

Due to launch this spring, Chaotic has been acquired by Ten Network (Australia), RTBF (Belgium), SIC (Portugal), MNet (South Africa) and Kids Central (Singapore).

The series chronicles the adventures of two teenage boys who discover a trading card game that transports them into a 'multi-dimensional world of action and adventure'.

In the US, the series airs at weekends on 4Kids TV - the four hour Saturday morning slot on Fox - and is also broadcast via cable on Jetix. Teletoon is broadcast partner in Canada.

A trading card game is currently being produced by TC Digital Games.

"The addition of these key broadcasters illustrates the momentum for Chaotic in the international marketplace," said Brian Lacey, executive VP international at 4Kids. "We are confident that the series will attract a loyal base of fans in these important markets."
