Harry Potter: The Exhibition will move on to Boston once it has finished its successful run in Chicago.
The show will open in the Museum of Science on October 25th and will run until February 21st 2010. It will be the only New England venue to host the exhibition, and just the second venue worldwide.
Chicago's Museum of Science is the current host, with the exhibition due to wrap up there on September 27th.
"As a world class cultural institution, the Museum is excited to offer our visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in a world that has so richly bridged cultures and generations," said Ioannis Miaoulis, president of director of the Museum of Science. "We're confident that this exhibition will attract visitors of all ages - some of whom may never have visited a science centre."
