US channel The Hub Network will host the world premiere of new animated movie Stan Lee's Mighty 7 on February 1st.
The film is the first part of a trilogy and features the voice talent from the likes of The Lord of the Ring's Sean Astin, Desperate Housewives' Terri Hatcher, The Lone Ranger's Armie Hammer and Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Created by Marvel icon Stan Lee, Stan Lee’s Mighty 7 is produced by Stan Lee Comics in a joint venture with Genius Brands International, Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment and Archie Comics.
The Hub Network will also host the worldwide premiere of the following two films in the trilogy.
In the 90 minute movie, Stan Lee plays an animated version of himself who teaches a crew of alien prisoners and their jailers how to work together and use their powers to be superheroes.
