Warner Bros Consumer Products has unveiled its Scooby Doo Zoinks Points consumer rewards programme.
The first of its kind programme offers fans the opportunity to download and access free, exclusive online content with the purchase of all Scooby Doo licensed products.
"We are happy to offer the Zoinks Points customer rewards program as a thank you to all of the fans who have loved and supported Scooby Doo and the Mystery Inc gang over the years," said Karen McTier, executive VP of domestic licensing and worldwide marketing at WBCP.
"Scooby Doo is one of our premier brand franchises, and it's fitting that Zoinks Points is launching at the same time that Scooby Doo's consumer offerings are rapidly expanding in the areas of licensed consumer products, movies, video games and notably a new animated series coming to Cartoon Network in 2010."
Fast food chain Wendy's is the launch partner for the programme, as well as the promotional partner for the live action movie, Scooby Doo The Mystery Begins.
Wendy's will be featuring a special Zoinks Points 'super code' as part of its Kid's Meal offering during the promotional period this month in all of its US restaurants.
The Zoinks Points website currently offers more than 60 pieces of exclusive Scooby Doo online content.
