VEGAS 2010: Nelvana unveils new appointments

Number of senior level execs hired in merchandise licensing and marketing groups.

Nelvana Enterprises has revealed a number of new staff hires and promotions ahead of Licensing International.

Peter Maule (pictured) is now VP, worldwide home entertainment and licensing for the Americas, assuming the leadership of the merchandise licensing team. Carly D’Eon has been promoted to senior manager, licensing North America. She will oversee US retail management, adding to her current portfolio of soft lines, social expressions and health and beauty.

Meanwhile, Tonya Lindo takes on the role of director, licensing North America, adding master toy partnerships to her current remit of interactive and publishing.

Nikki Hawke has come on board as director of marketing and will oversee the launch of the new CGI Babar.

Finally, Stephanie Zhuang has been promoted to marketing manager, which her new tasks including the brand management of the relaunch of Beyblade.



Founded in 1971, Nelvana is made up of two divisions. Nelvana Studios develops and produces animated content from its production facility in Toronto.
