FremantleMedia Enterprises has secured the worldwide licensing rights to historic property Loteria.

The game - which originated in Mexico - is similar to bingo, only using images on cards instead of numbers. FME is now seeking partners across categories including toys and games, gifts, novelties, apparel, interactive and mobile, education and learning, food and beverage.

"FME is excited to represent Loteria and bring its brand values to a broader audience with new product extensions," said David Lunar, EVP, interactive and consumer products, FME North America. "Loteria's recognisable imagery is appealing across multiple categories, making it a great addition to FME's global family of brands."

Loteria is the latest in a line of third party brands signed up by FME. The firm represents Rebecca Bonbon worldwide, plus the likes of LA Ink, Miami Ink, The Elephant Princess and Mashimaro in North America. In Asia Pacific, it exclusively represents Dreamworks Animation and CBS Consumer Products.
