Vimto lollipops get new fizz

R Crawford introduces new fizzy version to its long-standing Vimto lolly line.

Over the years confectioner R Crawford has made more than 400 million Vimto lollipops together with Vimto brand owner Nichols.

Now, the lollies have been given a refresh, adding fizziness, new foil wrappers as well as new jars.

James Nichols, brand licensing manager for Vimto said: “Crawfords Vimto lollies achieved top marks in our consumer taste sessions. They are often used as a benchmark for Vimto flavour among our confectionery licensees.”

Darren Butterworth sales director at Crawford said: “This great new packaging has already had a huge impact on our trade customers, The Fizzy Vimto Lollipops allow retailers the opportunity to trade up with added fizz!

Vimto Fizzy Lollipops are part of R Crawford’s Vimto confectionery range which includes: Vimto assorted lollies Original and Cherry, and Cherry Vimto sweets.”
