Vivid grabs hit BBC quiz

Toy firm ties up with Endemol for new electronic board game based on The Kids Are All Right.

Vivid Imaginations is joining forces with Endemol once again to produce an electronic board game based on the BBC1 game show, The Kids Are All Right.

The show is aired on Saturday nights and is hosted by John Barrowman (of Torchwood and I'd Do Anything fame). Four adults compete to win cash prizes, with one obstacle standing between them and the money: seven smart kids who are determined to see the adults go home with nothing.

The pairing of Vivid and Endemol has already enjoyed success in the licensing market with Golden Balls, which was the number two best selling game year-to-date according to NPD.

"The Kids Are All Right translates into a fantastic board game with all the quick fire tension and energy from the TV show," said Emma Sherski, marketing and licensing director at Vivid. "With a RRP of £19.99, we're forecasting 60,000 units to go on sale to hit the peak games selling period in October."
