VTech to make Puppy in My Pocket laptop

Giochi Preziosi partners with electronic learning firm; kids' laptop will go on sale in France, Germany and Spain next spring.

VTech's laptop will use character voices and will teach age appropriate curriculum, covering basic maths, logic and memory skills.

The Puppy in My Pocket: Adventures in Pocketville TV series launched in all three territories this year.

Graziano Delmaestro, licensing director for Giochi Preziosi, said: "VTech is the perfect licensee for the Puppy in My Pocket: Adventures in Pocketville electronic products.

"The new device will enable children to interact with the brand whilst learning and they can take the characters and adventures with them wherever they like. VTech is a prestigious addition to the brand’s growing list of licensees, producing the best quality merchandised product. We are delighted to have them on-board."
