Warner Bros dates LEGO: The Hobbit video game

The video game covering the first two parts of Peter Jackson's trilogy will hit retailers on April 11th.

Warner Bros is offering LEGO fans the chance to return to Middle Earth as the publisher confirms the release date of LEGO: The Hobbit video game.

Scheduled to hit retailers from April 11th this year, the video game will cover the first two movies in Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy.

It has not yet been revealed if the firm plans to adapt to the final part of the saga, reports MCV.

The upcoming LEGO: The Hobbit game will launch on Nintendo 3DS, Mac, PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
