Warner Bros. reveals UK's first DC Super Friends and Looney Tunes playground

Warner Bros. Consumer Products UK has teamed up with Park Leisure for the launch of the UK's irst DC Super Friends and Looney Tunes playground.

The attraction opened to the local community in New Tredegar, South Wales on Friday September 6th.

The New Tredegar community partnership commissioned the new playground named Diamond Park from Park Leisure, which designed, manufactured and installed the equipment, working closely with WBCP UK.

The playground has been divided into branded play zones featuring a range of vibrant activities that reflect the essence of the characters.

Equipment includes a Batman Cyclone, which displays the Bat Signal, Batmobile and Jokermobile Springers, a Batman and Batgirl Kidabout, a Superman climbing frame and slide, Looney Tunes Chase Unit and Tweety and Sylvester Spring See Saw.

"Park Leisure have done an incredible job of bringing these brands to life," said Paul Bufton, general manager, Warner Bros. Consumer Products UK. "This is a great way for fans to play alongside their favourite characters and it will introduce the brands to new generations.

"Judging by the smiles on the faces of the children, this playground will have a special place in the lives and memories of local families and we're thrilled to be part of that."
