Classic Media and Woodmansterne have revealed that the Where's Wally? greetings card range has notched up sales of more than one million cards in the UK.

The card line, which include special occasion cards and age specific birthday cards for children and adults, was introduced in January 2009. That same year it picked up the Best Licensed Range at the Henries - the greeting card industry design awards - and has also been nominated for a 2011 Licensing Award in the Best Licensed Paper Products or Stationery category.

"Wally is notorious for popping up everywhere, and clearly birthday and seasonal holiday celebrations are no exception," said Nicole Blake, EVP, global marketing and consumer products at Classic Media. "Woodmansterne has done an exceptional job developing the Where's Wally? greeting card range and this milestone and Licensing Award nomination is a true testament to that."
