Wimpy SA welcomes Gormiti

The Giochi Preziosi property will appear inside kids' meals throughout South Africa.

The promotion will be supported by Wimpy with a marketing including TV and cinema advertising, in-store POS, posters and kids activities. For girls, a Strawberry Shortcake promotion will run alongside Gormiti.

The brand will feature on Fun4Food Kids packaging and will offer more than 500,000 premiums in over 450 restaurants and food outlets across the region.

Inflatable toys will come in December and back-to-school products in January 2012.

Graziano Delmaestro, licensing director for The Giochi Preziosi Group, said: “The timing of this promotion is crucial and working with Wimpy will be great for the Gormiti brand in South Africa.”
