Wow Stuff is on something of a roll at the moment - having last week revealed details of its latest Wallace & Gromit promotion with the IPO, the firm has now picked up an accolade at the National Business Awards.
The company picked up the SME Business of the Year Award at the regional finals. Previous winners include Sainsbury's, BT, Toyota, Innocent Smoothies and Moneysupermarket.com.
The National Business Awards 2009 Regional Programme is sponsored by Orange and saw over 350 guests attend this year's ceremony in Birmingham.
Anthony Keyworth, director of products for Orange, commented: "The quality of finalists this year has been outstanding, making many of the judging decisions very close calls."
Commenting on Wow Stuff's win, chair of judges Robert James said: "Put simply, it was clear that Wow Stuff is a model SME because it is a highly profitable, well managed, prudent, cutting edge, fun business."
