Kids' and family entertainment specialist, Cake, has been appointed as the distributor of Zinkia's Pocoyo.
The firm will be responsible for distributing the property to territories around the world - excluding Spain, Latin America, the US, Italy, China and Portugal, which Zinkia will continue to handle.
Under the agreement, Cake will handle TV and DVD rights to the entire Pocoyo library, which consists of 156 seven-minute episodes, plus a 25-minute special.
The firm will also debut season three of Let's Go Pocoyo at next month's Mipcom event in Cannes.
"With Zinkia's brand management expertise, Pocoyo has become an iconic global kids' brand, and we have no doubt that Let's Go Pocoyo will duplicate and expand upon the success of the previous series," said Ed Galton, CCO and MD of Cake.
