Zodiak Rights has signed a further three deals for Mr Bean.

Hype Associates has picked up the licence to produce a range of Mr Bean greeting cards, gift wrap and gift tags. Four card designs will be launched at retail this spring/summer.

Meanwhile, Monnalisa SPA will produce Mr Bean baby and kids apparel under its NY&LON boy's baby and junior label. The range will include jerseys, t-shirts, jogging suits and trousers, launching in autumn/winter 2012.

Imap Export SPA has also secured a licence to produce Mr Bean branded kids and menswear apparel, which will be distributed through its Original Marines retail stores across Europe, Russia and the Middle East from spring/summer 2013.

In addition, the Mr Bean Facebook page has now reached 20 million fans.

"The appeal of the Mr Bean brand continues to go from strength to strength across all platforms - as the new Facebook data and these new deals demonstrate," said Jennifer Lawlor, SVP, consumer products at Zodiak Rights. "I'm confident that fans of the brand will be delighted with the addition of these new products to the range."

The news follows Tiger Aspect Productions and Copyright Promotions Benelux securing a Mr Bean character biscuits deal with Verkade. This is the first deal in the category for several years.
