Brazil-based developer Livobooks has released an interactive story book app which stars a new pink-haired character named Zuly.
The app, Zuly Playing in the Backyard, aims to help kids 'learn the priceless value of friendship through the story of Zuly and her fluffy pet bunny Kiko.'
"By using interactive technologies to combine entertainment with learning, ‘Zuly’ introduces children to the literary world in a fun and unique way," said LivoBooks' marketing manager Thais Cruz.
“With ‘Zuly,’ our aim is to aid in early childhood development in a very hands-on way.”
The 3D animated experience looks to teach children vocabulary and pronunciation while developing motor skills and increasing cognitive abilities, word association, and improve word recognition in conjunction with visual objects.
Zuly Playing in the Backyard is available on iOS devices now.
