Euro Disney has revealed a record revenue of $1 billion for the nine months to the end of June, following the launch of a new Frozen-themed show.
The result marks the highest-ever revenue recorded for the period since the theme park first opened in Paris in 1992.
Revenue for the first nine month rose by nine per cent, the resort’s highest growth since 2008, which has been credited to an upturn in the tourism market.
Forbes reports that the launch of a new ice-themed stage show starring Frozen’s Anna, Elsa and Olaf the snowman in June this year has helped to pull in the crowds. Euro Disney has also added a Frozen-themed segment to it nightly Disney Dreams event.
