Extreme has appointed three new sponsored athletes to its ambassador roster, including the two-time UK wakeboarding champion, Sam Carne.
Carne – who has also won the European finals and placed in the top five at the World Cup – will be joined by BMXer Cam Peake and freestyle skier, Ross Welch in his ambassadorial role.
Welch is the leader in his chosen sport and has achieved a high level, competing on the global stage at the AFP World Tour and founding the Gap Nation Ski and Snowboard competition in the UK.
Meanwhile, Peake may have only been riding for two and a half years, but with consistent top ten finishes, the 17 year old is on track to becoming a world leader on the BMX scene.
Alistair Gosling, CEO and founder of Extreme, said: “Extreme has always maintained its position as a major player by re-investing in the sector; seeing our sponsored athletes grow from strength to strength is testimony to our ambassador programme.
“Our athletes, performers and artists are the first to hear about new trends and talent and the most direct avenue to our fans. They ensure the Extreme in-house team never take their finder off the pulse.”
