Flossy and Jim lands China deal with retail café chain Lelecha

The stylistic, Devonshire lifestyle brand Flossy and Jim has landed on the global stage, thanks to a new partnership with the retail café chain, Lelecha which will give the IP a promotional platform in China.

Founded in 2016, Lelecha is a high-end tea brand that has gone on to be one of the world’s most popular tea franchises.

A new, jointly branded Flossy and Jim and Lelecha product range – using the slogan ‘my happy place’ -will feature on bags, apparel, phone covers, mugs, notebooks, cushions and badges, and will launch in Lelecha’s flagship store in Shanghai. The promotional campaign will run from October 28 to November 3 this year.

LELECHA is known for using original leaf tea and fresh fruits and makes everything on site, offering customers “premium tea with soul”. Its signature zangzangcha (black sugar milk tea) is sold alongside ‘dirty’ buns for a messy dining experience.

It originally created Cheese Fresh Fruit Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Dirty Choco Bun and Starry Custard Bun, and is committed to refreshing consumers and the world’s understanding of the Chinese tea drinking culture.

Meanwhile, Flossy and Jim is the creation of the UK’s own Lynette and James, two artists living by the sea in Devon. The pair’s mission from the beginning has been to help young people feel positive and supported in life using bright and bold designs with humorous slogans.

They regularly present workshops in schools talking to pupils encouraging and inspiring them to believe in themselves.
