VTech, Brand International, GB Eye and International Greetings now on board.

Four more sign on for Tree Fu Tom

Following Tree Fu Tom’s debut at the London Toy Fair and ahead of the subsequent retail roll out of the first phase category product ranges, FremantleMedia Enterprises has announced it has signed a quartet of new UK licensees for the pre-school brand.

These include VTech for electronic learning toys; Brand International for footwear; GB Eye for posters and badges; and a multi-product deal with International Greetings across creative publishing, stationery, arts & crafts and crackers.

The latest signings bring the total number of licensees representing the brand in the UK to 19.

The announcement comes as the first range of products is set to hit retail this spring including Giochi Preziosi’s and GP Flair’s eagerly awaited toy collection; books from Random House Children’s Publishing; puzzles from Ravensburger; triscooter, skateboard and helmet from MV Sports and the second DVD release, Tree Fu Magic, from FME’s home entertainment division.

Pindy O’Brien, VP Brand Licensing and Retail UK said: “Tree Fu Tom has had a fantastic start to 2013. These four new high-quality licensees will provide additional variety and breadth to the growing Tree Fu Tom product range.

"With the imminent core retail rollout and a new series also due to air this year, 2013 looks set to be a spectacular year for this vibrant pre-school property.”
