FremantleMedia signs Carlton Books and Pedigree for new Strange Hill High titles

FremantleMedia Kids and Family Entertainment has revealed two new publishing partners and two new licensees for its popular comedy-adventure series, strange Hill High.

UK publishing houses Carlton Books and Pedigree have signed for a range of titles, while Jumbo Games will launch a range of puzzles in the UK next autumn/winter.

The new deals follow the screen debut of the new series on CBBC this spring and the commissioning of 13 new episodes to air in 2014.

Carlton Books have signed with the brand and will launch a range of sticker activity books for younger readers, Mitchell’s diary and a behind the scenes guide to the show. The titles will launch in spring 2014 under the Carlton Kids imprint.

Meanwhile, Pedigree has signed up to produce Strange Hill High annuals in print and digital formats, launching next year. 

Also joining the growing portfolio of licensees, Zeon has signed for a range of Strange Hill High timepieces and accessories including watches, clocks, key chains, torches, money banks and iPhone and iPad cases. The first products will launch at retail in the UK next year.
