HBO and Quidd release Game of Thrones stickers and cards

Digital collecting platform, Quidd, has joined forces with HBO Global Licensing for the release of a line of Game of Thrones digital stickers and trading cards.

Designed for iOS and Android users, the digital stickers and cards star a range of characters from the franchise, from Arya Stark to the White Walkers.

Fans will be able to collect stickers in the Quidd app and use them to communicate with friends via the Quidd keyboard, iMessage and other chat apps.

"We’ve seen such incredible growth on the platform as people, young and old, embrace digital collecting as a means to connect with their favourite show, socialise with fellow fans, and express themselves through their fandoms," said Michael Bramlage, co-founder of Quidd.

"We’re now bringing that excitement to Game of Thrones viewers who are some of the best fans out there. We can’t wait to see all the ways they’ll use their digital collectables."

Using the trading cards, fans will be able to re-visit moments from the series, including the Red Wedding, the Battle of the Bastards, Drogon breathing fire for the first time and more.

Jeff Peters, director of licensing at HBO, added: "Partnering with Quidd allows Game of Thrones fans to have a whole new type of digital experience.

"Our viewers love to dissect every plot twist and cliffhanger and Quidd content will let them continue sharing and talking about each episode long after it airs."
