Horrid Henry has joined the charity fundraising app T-shirt Booth to help raise awareness and money for the children’s organisation, Magic Breakfast.
The new partnership sees Novel Entertainment offer four original designs based on the popular children’s show to support the charity dedicated to providing healthy breakfasts to school children.
Donations made through the purchase of one t-shirt featuring Horrid Henry will provide up to ten healthy breakfasts for one school child.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to be able to partner with both Digital Giving and Magic Breakfast, and to support them by means of the Horrid henry brand,” said Mike Watts, co-producer for Novel Entertainment.
“The funds raised by the sale of one T-shirt will provide ten healthy breakfasts for a schoolchild. That’s something everyone can be proud of.”
Grant Morgan, founder of Digital Giving, added: “Horrid Henry is a fantastic addition to our portfolio of children’s characters, and we look forward to building our relationship with both Novel Entertainment and Magic Breakfast.”
Carmel McConnell, magic Breakfast founder, concluded: “We are delighted that Novel Entertainment has chosen Magic Breakfast as the benefitting charity for the Horrid Henry T-shirt Booth.
“A healthy breakfast costs just 22p so it’s fantastic that each T-Shirt sold will give a hungry child breakfast for two weeks, allowing them the right fuel for learning.”
