Seinfeld fans will soon be able to root around a real-life version of Jerry’s apartment from the hit Ninties sitcom, all thanks to online video service Hulu.
Hulu recently acquired the exclusive subscription video on-demand rights to all episodes of the show, and to mark the deal the firm is launching a Seinfeld: The Apartment fan experience in New York City.
The installation will allow fans to partake in some of the most memorable on-screen moments throughout the series, including the George Costanza Valentine’s Day photo shoot as well as enjoying their very own Kramer ‘barge-in’ entrance.
In addition to the apartment set recreation, the installation will include a full Seinfeld gallery experience featuring props, scripts, rare memorabilia and more from the series.
“Seinfeld is one of those rare shows that continues to influence pop culture to this day, so what better way to launch its streaming debut than to celebrate the fans and give them a chance to relive the scenes from some of the most iconic moments in TV history,” said Jenny Wall, SVP, head of marketing, at Hulu.
The installation, built in collaboration with Magnetic Collaborative, will open in New York City on 451 W 14th Street from June 24th to June 28th.
