In The Night Garden celebrates 10th anniversary with RHS

Igglepiggle and Upsy Daisy from hit CBeebies show In the Night Garden are set to celebrate ‘10 Years of Magical Journeys’ with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).

Marking the 10th anniversary of the brand, a range of green-fingered activities will run from May 1st until the end of June, which will boast magical paper trails at all four RHS gardens in England.

Kids will be able to skip around the garden with Igglepiggle’s friends in fun imaginative play, plus an AR app will be available to download.

“Over the past 10 years, In the Night Garden has grown into one of the most consistently popular pre-school shows in the UK and beyond, and we’re delighted to be linking up with the RHS, who are the perfect collaborator for our anniversary celebrations with these innovative garden-themed activities,” said Debbie Walker, brand manager for In The Night Garden.

“In the Night Garden fires imaginations and encourages discovery, and we hope children will join Igglepiggle and his friends on many more magical journeys to come.”

In The Night Garden will also be attending the Family Gardening Show at RHS Garden Wisley in June, where a special zone will launch where kids will be able enjoy themed gardening activities, such as decorate plant pots and sow seeds of Night Scented Stock, as well as take home a goody bag.

Alexis Pym, education and learning manager at RHS Garden Wisley, added: “We are very excited to launch our new collaboration with In the Night Garden this summer.

“Young families are a key audience for us, and we’re always looking for new ways to give them opportunities to have a magical time at our gardens. In all four of our gardens, children aged one to four will be able to enjoy imaginative play by following planned trails to find their favourite characters and take part in fun activities along the way.”
