JCB renews publishing deal with IglooBooks

JCB has renewed its publishing partnership with IglooBooks following its previous success with the company, which saw unit sales exceed one million.

The new three year deal with JCB will see Igloo launch 11 new products, including activity, touch and feel, sound books and picture flats, all built around the first JCB digger machines.

Sam Johnson, general manager of JCB Consumer Products, said: “Publishing is a critical component of any successful franchise.

“To bring our content to such an important global market will expand the worlds of our most beloved characters to an even greater audience. We are thrilled to have IglooBooks on board for another three years.”

Mary Hill, head of brand licensing of IglooBooks, added: “Over one million books were sold in the first three years of our global deal with JCB, so we were confident in our investment to carry this relationship forward.

“The brand fits so well within our portfolio and complements the full range perfectly and we are excited for the future.”
