JELC has revealed details of the first major deal for its popular design brand, Hinchcliffe and Barber.
The firm has signed My Trade Gifts to produce a collection of homeward and gifts illustrated with globally recognised designs from John Hinchcliffe and Wendy Barber.
The new range will include ceramics, household and kitchen items, garden accessories and gift stationery and will be premiered at the Home and Gift buying event in Harrogate this July.
Included in the ceramics will be boxed and single mugs, teapots and milk jugs. The household items include trays, tins, coasters, place mats, oven gloves, tea towels, tablecloths, aprons and napkin rings.
The new gift line will feature branded notebooks, photo albums, address books and iPad covers while the garden accessories will include garden gloves, watering cans and garden forks.
JELC has been appointed to license brand – described as ‘quintessentially English’ – worldwide, aiming to expand its reach into new categories such as homewards, furnishing fabric, cushions, bed linens, stationery and greetings cards.
Wendy Barber said: "We are enormously excited to be working with a company that not only love our design work but understands quality gifts and homeward."
