Hollywood producer, Jerry Bruckheimer is close to clinching a new deal with Paramount, according to reports from the Variety.
Having been announced in October that Bruckheimer would be ending his deal with Disney, the man behind films such as the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, is said to now be in discussion with Paramount.
He is clue to finalising an agreement that would give the producer a first look deal.
Bruckheimer already has a number of films in development at Paramount, including sequels to Top Gun and Beverly Hills Cop.
The producer had been with Disney for more than 20 years, but following the box office disappointment of The Lone Ranger, the two decided to part ways.
