The pair have teamed to develop Jim Henson's Enchanted Sisters and Cyber's Boubouh.

Jim Henson Company and Cyber Group partner on new kids’ series

The Jim Henson Company and Cyber Group Studios have partnered to produce two new kids’ series, Jim Henson’s Enchanted Sisters and Cyber’s Boubouh.

Animation for both series will be produced at Cyber Group Studios, the Paris-based, award winning production and distribution company.

Jim Henson’s Enchanted Sisters will follow the adventures of the Sparkles, named Spring, Winter, Summer and Autumn, four sisters who come together every three months to celebrate the change of a season.

Aimed at kids aged five to eight, the series is a blend of adventure, comedy and fantasy.

Meanwhile, based on the book Boubou written by Ingrid Chabbert, the Boubou series stars a monster, who is frightened of kids. After a coaching session, he overcomes his fear to befriend a six year old looking for adventure.

“In building out a new fantasy world for older kids that will feature the visual excellence we are known for, we are grateful to partner with Cyber Group Studios, whose quality animation and top tier creative team will be sure to serve the rich, exciting stories of Enchanted Sisters very well,” said The Jim Henson Company’s executive vice president, Halle Stanford.

“Co-producing with Cyber Group Studios on two projects that are such natural fits for each of our companies will be a delight as we combine our talents to develop these wonderful properties.”
