Toy supplier will launch a new licensed craft kit and Waggle Tagz 3D Studio this year.

John Adams signs Moshi Monsters

Toy company John Adams has acquired the rights to produce official Moshi Monsters arts and crafts products.

The firm will launching a new Moshi Monsters craft kit this year, targeting fans aged six-plus.

John Adams will also be introducing a Moshi Monsters Waggle Tagz 3D Studio for 2013 (pictured), based on the 2012 best-seller Waggle Tagz.

Kids can decorate, personalise and add messages to printed Moshi images, then use the Tagz Studio to transform them into lenticular 3D motion and morphing images.

The images can then be popped onto a strap and tagged onto books, pencil cases and more to personalise accessories, make cards, invitations or other gifts.

“We are thrilled to be working with Mind Candy on Moshi for 2013 and beyond,” said Simon Pilkington, MD of John Adams.

“Moshi continues to grow as a phenomenal success story and there is a perfect synergy between this global brand and our arts and craft products which inspire creativity.”

Online game Moshi Monsters has 80 million registered users in 150 territories worldwide.
