King Features welcomes new international licensing manager

King Features has bolstered its team with the addition of an international licensing manager.

Ana Maria Alvarez (pictured) has spent the past three and a half years as licensing manager at HIT Entertainment, overseeing brand development in Latin America.

She began her career in licensing in 2008 with Peanuts Worldwide as international licensing coordinator for Europe and South America.

"Ana brings a wealth of invaluable experience to her new position," said Cathleen Titus, VP, international licensing at King Features. "Ana is multilingual and well versed in managing licensing programmes, especially in Latin America.

"She will be working closely with me and our network of global agents in all aspects of our operation to expand licensing and promotional opportunities for our world class brands around the world."
