Knockout Licensing signs Andover Fabrics for new Outlander collection

The hit time travelling, romantic period drama, Outlander is growing its licensing arm with a new range of themed fabrics courtesy of Andover Fabrics.

Sony Pictures Television and Knockout Licensing have signed the new deal to grow the property’s presence in the lifestyle and arts and crafts sectors.

Andover’s Outlander Collection of fabrics will be unveiled to the trade at the Spring Quilt Market show in the US on May 20th before being made available to consumers through independent quilt stores across the region form October this year.

The partnership is the latest in a line of lifestyle of arts and craft deals secured by Knockout Licensing.

The Outlander television series is adapted from Diana Gabaldon’s New York Times bestseller Outlander book series and has recently found success across the US where it scooped numerous awards across 2015 and 2016.

Gabaldon’s eight-book series has sold more than 26 million copies worldwide.
