Lee Cooper opens new standalone stores in Romania

Global fashion brand Lee Cooper continues with its retail expansion into Eastern Europe this month, with the opening of two new standalone stores in Romania.

The brace of outlets will raise the store count in Romania to 29, and the total store count of Lee Cooper standalones in Eastern Europe to 102.

The new stores include a 130 square metre shop space in Pitesti Euromall and a 99 square metre store in the Timisoara Iulius Mall.

Both will offer the mens and womens spring/summer 2014 casual wear collections, including a wide range of denims, outerwear, separates and accessories.

"Whilst we are clear market leaders in the denim market in Romania we are not resting on our position and we continue to expand our store footprint to serve the needs of our consumers," said Andy Dunkley, Lee Cooper CEO. "We remain focused on improving our market share across Central and Eastern European markets with our mix of strong product, great marketing and continued new store roll outs."
