Beanstalk signs pop artist Romero Britto

Brand extension agency Beanstalk has signed pop artist Romero Britto for representation.

Capturing Britto’s visual style and themes of love, happiness, and hope, Beanstalk will strategically extend the brand in North America and Europe and will also work with existing licensees to develop and launch additional branded products.

Britto uses vibrant colors and bold patterns in his works as a visual language of hope and happiness and is represented in galleries, museums, and retailers across five continents in over 100 countries.

“My mission is to share happiness and hope with everyone around the world, and my vision is to make art accessible to everyone,” said Britto.

“By translating my aesthetic to additional consumer products, more people will be able to experience the joy for life that I strive to express in my creations.”

Beanstalk is looking for partners across a variety of categories, including apparel and accessories, home furnishings and décor, housewares, toys and games, consumer electronics accessories, and stationery, among others. 

Beanstalk will also explore co-branded partnerships and retailer exclusives for Britto.

“Romero Britto’s works are bold and vibrant, and his unique fusion of Cubism and pop art exudes feelings of optimism, happiness, and hope,” added Allison Ames, president of Beanstalk.
