Bioworld, Gaya and Fashion UK join Worms apparel drive

Trio to produce range of clothing as AT New Media continues to build programme.

Three new partners have bolstered the apparel drive for Team 17's classic video game brand, Worms.

Bioworld will be releasing its collection across Europe and North America, while Gaya will be launching in speciality stores across Europe (except the UK).

Meanwhile, Fashion UK will be unveiling its line in the UK and Ireland in speciality, mass independents and some mass retailers.

"Worms is an absolutely massive brand," said AT New Media's Simon Kay. "Such a high level of recognition is enabling it to transfer from the video games space into the wider toy and fashion markets. These new apparel deals are part of that process and the range of territories covered is testament to the global appetite for Worms merchandise."
