BLE 2010: TLC drives new Jeep and Chrysler deal

Licensing Company taken on as worldwide agency for huge car brands

The Licensing Company has revealed a landmark deal with Chrysler Group, picking up the rights as worldwide licensing agency for the Chrysler and Jeep brands.

“We look forward to working with TLC to develop programs that truly represent each of the brands’ distinct personalities and visions,” said Chrysler Group head of marketing.

The Licensing Company’s CEO Melvin Thomas said the firm “will seek to ensure the brand extension program is a true reflection of, and complement to, the brand.”

He added: “This will see the creation of aspirational product lines, the opening of new markets and the addition of innovative marketing initiatives, all elements that TLC is uniquely placed to deliver.”
