TV personality Kate Humble has teamed up with Brands with Influence to create a new line of bath and beauty products.

They are made from natural, non-polluting ingredients with packaging made from 100 per cent recycled materials.

The range, which will be simply branded ‘Humble’, came about after the Autumnwatch presenter “drew a blank” when searching for natural and biodegradable bath and beauty products in shops.

“So I decided to develop some products myself,” said Humble. “It’s been a challenge but I’m delighted to say the Humble range is exactly what I’ve been looking for.”

She told Licensing.biz: “This is what I stand for in a bottle.”

All packaging will carry the ‘Humble promise’ – to only deliver products which are natural, with ‘no chemicals or hidden nasties’, and which come in 100 per cent recycled packaging.

“This isn’t just an endorsement, it’s a personal project – this is my product,” said Humble.

Both Humble and agent Brands with Influence’s Martin Lowde believe the brand has the potential to be branched out into other categories once the current project is finished and on shelves.

Speaking about working with Humble, Lowde said: “Kate’s been involved every step of the way.”

“It has been great but really hard work and challenging - you wouldn’t believe the amount of work that goes into manufacturing a product like this.”
