Boat Rocker Brands and Haven Licensing have teamed to launch a new line of athleisure wear for girls, inspired by the cast of The Next Step.

The Next Step is a mockumentary drama following the trials of the Next Step Dance Studio’s A-troupe dancers as they prepare for competitions.

Off the back of the show, a live tour called The Next Step – Live On Stage has been met with great success across Canada.

The new deal between Boat Rocker Brands and Haven Licensing is the latest move in a growing licensing portfolio for the hit series and its live stage show.

The clothing line, manufactured and supplied under licence by Caprice, will include leggings, leotards, sweaters and pyjamas for girls and will be sold at all Big W stores in Australia from the beginning of March.

“We are thrilled to kick off our consumer products programme with Big W and can’t wait to see how excited The Next Step fans will be when they see the range of clothing and accessories that will form the collection,” said Tom Punch, managing director, Haven Licensing.

Jon Rutherford, president, Boat Rocker Rights, added: “We are very excited to introduce The Next step licensed merchandise in Australia, especially such a great collection from Caprice and Big W that we are sure fans will love.”
