Bang on the Door has teamed up with children's book publisher Itsyourstory to create a new storybook that will see kids propelled into the world of its Fairy Girl character.
The collaboration marks the first time in the UK that a children's property has been brought to life through photo-personalisation, enabling the child to directly engage with Fairy Girl.
Child and Fairy Girl's Unicorn Hunt (£19.99) launches this month and sees the child's face incorporated into all the illustrations and their name and information about them woven into the story.
"Fairy Girl is one of our most popular characters and we are very excited about the launch of this book, which takes the brand into a new and untapped area," said Karen Duncan, director of Bang on the Door. "Children can enter Fairy Girl's world in a way that has not been possible before."
