The licensing programme for the Build-A-Bear Workshop is gathering pace, with Bulldog Licensing now on board to manage the drive in the UK.
Joining Bulldog will be Wild Pumpkin, which is handling all licensing activity in Australia and New Zealand.
A Squared Entertainment has also signed up a number of licensees. Enterplay will create a line of Build-A-Bear Workshop Fun Paks, which will include trading cards, novelty items and mini plush with trading cards.
The cards will tie into Bearville.com, the Build-A-Bear Workshop online entertainment destination.
Meanwhile, Playmates Toys will be developing a line of mini figures and play-sets, due for launch in 2012.
"The combination of our increased licensing capabilities with this new line of products will enhance our already strong product offering from Build-A-Bear," said Maxine Clark, founder of the firm. "With the help of A2 and our new partners, we will give children around the world a wide array of exciting toys, accessories, apparel and activities that will entertain and spark imaginations."
