Cartoon Network partners with Diadora for Rick and Morty capsule collection

Turner’s Cartoon Network Enterprises has joined forces with the Italian sportswear label Diadora to launch a global capsule collection featuring Rick and Morty.

The Diadora X Rick and Morty line of footwear and apparel includes a retro-style track jacket, a hoodie, a t-shirt and two models of sneakers, each featuring the faces of the now iconic pop-culture duo.

In addition, the colour palette for the collection mirrors that of the clothing worn by Rick and Morty in a subtle homage designed with Rick and Morty fans in mind. It launched exclusively at Foot Locker stores across the globe this month.

Rick and Morty is the half-hour animated hit comedy series on Adult Swim. It follows a sociopathic genius scientist and his timid grandson as they embark on dangerous adventures across the universe.

The series stars Justin Roiland of Adventure Time, Sarah Chalke of Scrubs, Chris Parnell of Saturday Night Live and Spencer Grammer of Greek. The series is created by Dan Harmon, the name behind Community and Roiland.
