Jakks Pacific's Creative Designs International division is joining forces with the Royal Ballet to create a role play and dress-up line.
Costumes, tiaras and other accessories will all be included, with the first products hitting retail in spring 2011.
"Our brand represents excellence in performance, style, production and costume," explained Anne Buky, licensing manager of Royal Opera House Enterprises. "The detail and quality of our costumes is renowned and we are delighted to be working with a partner that can represent this quality for our youngest Royal Ballet admirers."
Ken Goodisson, marketing manager at CDI, added: "It is without doubt that dance and ballet in particular still forms a large part of growing up for many little girls. It is our intention to produce a line that will not only emulate the most famous ballets of all, but will have the luxury quality that befits a Royal Ballet dancer and allows girls to experience the dream of being a prima ballerina."
