Charracter World has signed up to manufacture bedding sets featuring the girl pop quartet Little Mix.
The contract with Bravado is in place until May 2014.
Character World’s licensed portfolio includes boy bands One Direction and JLS.
Tim Kilby, brand director at Character World, said:
“Music is a booming area of the business for Character World. This is a license we’ve had our eye on for some time now so it’s a welcome addition to our music portfolio. They are the first credible female group with true girl power since the Spice Girls.
“X-Factor licenses are always strong performers at retail due to the loyal fan base they develop throughout the series. Retailers are predicting great things for this license especially with the all the buzz around their new material coming out.”
Little Mix are set to release their debut album ‘DNA’ on the November 19th. The band has already notched up one number one single with ‘Wings’.
