Chorion has inked a deal with the NBA and Junk Food Clothing Company to launch co-branded NBA Mr Men and Little Miss apparel.
The Little Miss Sunshine branded tees will hit the US in time for the start of the 2010-11 NBA season.
The characters and logos will be cross-licensed with NBA team logos on apparel for juniors, women and men. Items will include knit tops and t-shirts, with the collection making its debut at the MAGIC trade show in Las Vegas later this month.
"The unique blend of self-expression, humour and fashion that Mr Men and Little Miss characters bring to the NBA and its fans are sure to be a winning combination," said Steve Cipolla, EVP global licensing and sales at Chorion. "We're delighted with the first class designs that Junk Food are developing."
Sam Watson, president of Junk Food, added: "We are thrilled to be a part of this fun and exclting collaboration. Both Chorion and NBA are wonderful licensing properties whose properties fit perfectly with Junk Food's vintage, retro-inspired apparel."
