Fox Consumer Products is teaming up with rock band Kiss for a co-branded Family Guy range.

Moving forward, the company will look to create lines of co-branded merchandise inspired by other prominent guests from the show.

So far, Kiss have appeared three times on Family Guy.

To support the programme, FCP and Live Nation Merchandise - Kiss' licensing agent - will be looking for partners in categories including vinyl figures, bobble heads, apparel, plush, novelty, barware, social expressions and fine art.

"Kiss and Family Guy coming together for a line of products is a great mash-up of two iconic brands that speaks directly to fans who will be able to enjoy something a little different and special with what we have in store," said Jeffrey Godsick, president of FCP.

Outside of co-branding efforts, FCP is developing character collections based on Stewie, Brian, Peter and Quagmire, while expanding into new product categories. One new area includes pet products. A deal with Fetch... for Pets is already in place, and will see the likes of pet toys, clothing, collars, leads, bowls and backgrounds and accessories for fish and reptile tanks launch from 2013.
