Coolabi Group has signed deals with a raft of partners including Dreamtex Ltd, Fashion UK, Jo Y Jo, Redan and StoryToys for the new series of the Clangers.
Fashion UK will develop a range of Clangers apparel for children including T-shirts, fashion tops, dresses, leggings and shorts while Dreamtex will develop Clangers homewares spanning duvet covers, curtains, towels, fleece blankets, rugs, beanbags and cushions.
Inspired by the knitted style of the Clangers, a deal has been agreed with Jo Y Jo Design Limited for knitwear and knitted accessories for children, including hats, scarves and gloves.
Redan Publishing will include Clangers in its best-selling Fun to Learn magazines ‘Fun to Learn Favourites’ and ‘Fun to Learn Friends’ producing workbooks, posters and covermounts.
Finally, StoryToys has signed as a key partner producing digital gaming and enhanced ebook apps for mobile and tablet devices.
The products will roll out from summer 2015.

Other licensees for the property include Character Options (master toy), Penguin (books), Immediate Media (magazines), C&M Licensing (apparel), MV Sports (wheeled toys), Gemma International (greeting cards and gifts), Trade Mark Collections (children's bags) and Rainbow Productions (costume characters).
