CopCorp makes digital move with It's Happy Bunny

CopCorp Licensing is moving its popular It's Happy Bunny property into the digital space.

The firm has signed up Bare Tree Media to create and market It's Happy Bunny branded virtual goods to be offered for purchase via micro-transactions within social networks and virtual worlds such as Meez (pictured).

In the Meez virtual world, a variety of officially licensed It's Happy Bunny branded virtual goods are available as premium items for Meez avatars to wear, purchase and use.

Bare Tree Media is also working with other social gaming and mobile applications to expand availability of the brand's virtual goods in the coming months.

The firm has plans to develop mobile apps and downloadable console content.

"Today's teens and young adults are connected 24/7 through their social networks, games and connected devices," explained Robert Ferrari, founder of Bare Tree Media. "We are excited to reach It's Happy Bunny fans with our branded digital entertainment."
