Entertainment Rights has signed a number of major television distribution deals for its core brands in some key territories around the globe.
First up, George of the Jungle has been generating significant interest from broadcasters following successful launches last year in the UK, US, France, Germany and Latin America. New deals include Nickelodeon (Spain), TV Globo (Brazil), Cadena Ecuatoriana (Ecuador), MBC (Middle East), Alter Channel (Greece), TV4 (Sweden), Noga TV (Israel), Modern Times (Greece) and Leader Music (Latin America), Mega (Chile) and America TV (Peru).
Moving on, and Casper's Scare School (pictured) is a co-production with Moonscoop and DQ Entertainment. The show sees Casper and his friends pitted against a scare-hungry gang of ghouls and has already secured broadcast with TF1 (France) and Cartoon Network (UK).
New deals include ZDF, KIKA and Cartoon Network (Germany), Cartoon Network (Asia Pacific), TSR (Switzerland), Luis Foes (Portugal), Cartoon Network (Latin America) and HVN (Singapore).
Finally, pre-school show Finley the Fire Engine - which received its worldwide premiere on Cbeebies last summer - has found a new home on National Geographic (Latin America), Disney (Australia), ECTV (Ecuador), Telemundo (Puerto Rico), Luis Foes (Portgual) and Spacetoon (Indonesia).
