As India’s first independent licensing agency, Extend Brands has over ten years experience in the Indian licensing industry.

“We are very happy to be working with Extends Brands to expand Holly Hobbie’s global presence in the Indian market,” said Carla Silva, VP global licensing at American Greetings Properties.

“Given Extend’s experience in the marketplace, and the great work we’ve done with Holly Hobbie, we are very excited to bring her to her fans in India in more ways than ever before.”

Extend Brands hopes India will be very receptive to Holly Hobbie and the brand's universally appreciated values.

“Indians are traveling outside the country more and with that comes a change in mindset and consequently a positive acceptance of global brands,” said Dwijorani Senjam, director at Extend Brands.

“We strongly believe that an international iconic brand like Holly Hobbie, whose values are very similar to the Indian values of family, home, tenderness and friendship, will resonate well in India.”

Originally developed in 1967 as a line of sentimental greeting cards by American Greetings Corporation, Holly Hobbie has an engaging smile and friendly, country girl appeal.
